Love Songs

Love Songs

by Karl Hicken

About The Book

This is a high school yearbook entry to my best friend. “Soul prints in the sand, seasons forever lost, soul mates coming home—love songs.” This is a note from the author to his best friend: Dear Deb, Most things I have to say to you don’t look good written, and my feelings aren’t transcribed too well through a pen. But thanks for the year, or most of it anyway. It couldn’t have been better. The things I have gained and how I have grown wouldn’t be the same, I’m sure. Whatever you do, remember that I will support you. Whatever will always have for you. If I ever come home this summer, I will you give you a call. Okay? Karl
