Numbers connect everything, and everything is connected by numbers!
When Laster first started out on this journey back in 1997, he had no idea that many years later, he would still be very much involved in lotteryâ€â€writing blogs and posting numbers and helping people understand how the lottery process works. Operating on the idea that many people still do not understand how it works, he wrote this book.
This book encourages readers to understand that something is worthwhile only if they invest their time and money. Those things last longer this way.
When numbers are drawn, they either go up or down on numbers that have already been drawn. This book helps you determine which numbers are going up or down. Drawing from Laster’s experience and his best efforts with all the many variables and numbers that he had to deal with, his goal is to help you achieve your dreamsâ€â€and at times, to win lots of money.

About The Author
David Vincent Laster is a native of Americus, Georgia, where he graduated from the same high school as President Jimmy Carterâ€â€Plains High. He earned a double major for his BAâ€â€English and Black Studies at Mercer University (Macon Campus). He earned his MA in post-secondary education at Capella University. After being laid off from a supervisory position in 1997, he awoke one morning with the idea for Mr. Lottery. He spent ten years developing the Mr. Lottery Rundown Systemâ€â€a system he believes that will one day change the way lottery players pick their numbers for Cash 3 and Cash 4.
