The Legend of the White Grizzly

The Legend of the White Grizzly

by James Forrest Chappel

About The Book

THE LEGEND OF THE GREAT WHITE GRIZZLY’, is a fictional tale based upon historical facts.

How daring early American explorers opened up and tamed the Great North West. Centered on the true-life exploits of one of America’s most iconic mountain men, Jim Bridger. Orphaned at an early age, who never learned to read nor write, and yet in spite of these limitations achieved greatness.

That it really doesn’t matter what your family background is, or whether you come from money or not, or even if you are educated or not. That if you accept no excuses for failure and become the best that you can be, you too can achieve greatness in your life.

“This is a children’s novel that teaches not only the story behind the creation of Yellowstone National Park but how each of us can find our own special place in the Universe.”
